Hello again my friends
First run today for over 2 weeks and i must admit i struggled a little bit with it
I ran 1.5 miles in a time of 13mins 40secs which is slow by m own standards so i really must get going again and try to complete more runs this week
I am struggling to get motivated at the moment and also struggling to get up early in the morning to go for a run
I hope to pick up on my runs soon and hopefully lose some more weight
