Monday 3rd October 2011

Well its been a while but i am now starting back running
I ran 1.57 miles today in a time of 12 minutes 51 secs with a pace of 8mins 9secs per mile
To be honest it was a bit of a struggle but it felt good to be back running again and i am hoping to keep up the running this week and hopefully start upping my distances soon

Hello again my friends

First run today for over 2 weeks and i must admit i struggled a little bit with it
I ran 1.5 miles in a time of 13mins 40secs which is slow by m own standards so i really must get going again and try to complete more runs this week
I am struggling to get motivated at the moment and also struggling to get up early in the morning to go for a run
I hope to pick up on my runs soon and hopefully lose some more weight

Good day to you all

Another quiet run today, my first of the week, very lazy this week
2.11 miles in 17 minutes 26 secs with a pace of 8mins 15secs

Very pleased to get to the green level on Nike+ after running 157miles since may
Still trying to shift some weight but its not easy

Hello again my faithful followers

Ran a nice little run today of 2.2 miles in 17mins 43secs

Looking forward to the Cardiff 10k which is 2 weeks from today

Hoping to keep the running going and i have done nearly 14 miles this week which is a good improvement on most weeks

Hello again my friends

nice easy 2.17 mile run today through the woods in a time of 17 mins 56 secs

Another 2 miles to go until i reach the next level on Nike+

Feeling much fitter now but still need to get to see the doctor about my nose as i am really struggling to breathe as my nose feels blocked all the time

Hi again,
Well i finally did it and broke through the 150 mile barrier, not bad as i only started on May 22nd this year and i am really pleased with the effort so far

Todays run was a 2.61 mile run through woodland path and road which i completed in 22mins 20secs

The diet is going ok but i could be doing better

Hoping to keep up the running through the next few weeka until the Cardiff 10k in September

3 miles done today in a time of 24mins 55secs

Nearing the magical 150mile mark on Nike+ now, currently on 148.2 miles

Feeling fitter after all the running but would like to lose a few more pounds

Hello again my friends

I ran 4 miles today in a time of 33mins 1sec

Running is going well at the moment though i am having some trouble with my sinuses again
3 weeks to go till the Cardiff 10k and te preparation is going well, just need to step up the distances now and hopefully all will go well and i will beat my PB of 52mins 42secs

Hello again

Did a 6 mile interval run today which was the hardest run i have done so far

run 2.2 miles then walked for 5 minutes
run a mile then walked for 5 minutes
then to finish off i run 2.45 miles

diet isnt going as well as planned but these things take time
Hoping to get 5 - 6 runs in this week as i try to build my fitness up

Just completed a 2.63 mile run in 22mins 11secs

I am currently up to 135.5 miles run in total since May 21st 2011
