Hi again,
Well i finally did it and broke through the 150 mile barrier, not bad as i only started on May 22nd this year and i am really pleased with the effort so far
Todays run was a 2.61 mile run through woodland path and road which i completed in 22mins 20secs
The diet is going ok but i could be doing better
Hoping to keep up the running through the next few weeka until the Cardiff 10k in September
