Saturday 20th August 2011

Hello again

Did a 6 mile interval run today which was the hardest run i have done so far

run 2.2 miles then walked for 5 minutes
run a mile then walked for 5 minutes
then to finish off i run 2.45 miles

diet isnt going as well as planned but these things take time
Hoping to get 5 - 6 runs in this week as i try to build my fitness up
